bitbake resident server ignores --runonly and --runall options.

Reproduce:
bitbake -T200 --server-only
bitbake --runonly=listtasks zlib
... runs like bitbake zlib (ignores --runonly option)

Verified in poky/master sha1:a98d9c5b7141d3d22cd324ecd4c5127aa78f2ab5

Was fixed with http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/?id=e3a864c4a351e55ac4ad003d166c87cbb6817d42

(the testcase here fails but shows this option passing is now working, it needs -c listtasks added to the command)
