Seen on ubuntu2004-ty-2, was one of Bruce's kernel builds but likely unrelated to that.

The GPG home path is clearly list in the command (/tmp/oeqa-feed-sign-u5hn7fla) and is no where near the path limit, so I don't think that is the issue
