Description Steve Sakoman 2020-08-13 14:57:38 UTC
Bug 13946 - "Intermittent FileNotFoundError during perl do_package_write_ipk on autobuilder"resulted in the addition of a patch to determine if /usr/lib64/perl5/5.30.2/Storable.pm ever is installed and error.

I added the patch to my dunfell test builds and got this error twice: on oe-selftest-centos and oe-selftest-fedora. Both oe-selftest-ubuntu and oe-selftest-debian were successful.

We think it's only happening on dunfell.

Lowered to medium, raise to M+ if seen again.

I think we found the location of Storable.pm was version specific. Somehow there seemed to be contamination between builds where the file was somewhere it shouldn't have been. We'll reopen this issue if we see it again as we couldn't get anywhere in understanding it and its never recurred.
