recent changes in wic/bootimg-efi could break the image-installer.wks.in in case of large image.

would be nice to have a way to tell wic/bootimg-efi to ignore IMAGE_BOOT_FILES.

image-installer.wks.in comes with 2 partition, ESP and "image" partition. the content for "image" partition are define by IMAGE_BOOT_FILES. The recent changes to allow bootimge-efi to take IMAGE_BOOT_FILES would cause 
1. image file to duplicates in both partition. 
2. error incase of large image file, due to 4 GB limit in ESP.

Issue fixed, related selftest content added and squashed in the same commit.
Commit also have been merged.
