The key part of the error being: /home/pokybuild/yocto-worker/oe-selftest-debian/build/build-st-51329/tmp/work/x86_64-linux/gnupg-native/2.2.23-r0/recipe-sysroot-native/usr/lib/libtinfo.so.5: no version information available (required by /bin/bash)

Likely a very rare failure that happened with 14096, 14097.
