Certain recipes require the "glibc-utils" recipe to include Glibc utility tools. 

However, the native version is incompatible with the Windows host, and thus these recipes will cause the Windows SDK to fail to build with the error "Nothing RPROVIDES 'nativesdk-glibc-utils' for windows sdk".

Specifically, the recipes around kernel development will cause this issue:
  ENABLE_KERNEL_DEV = '1'
  IMAGE_INSTALL_append += "kernel-devsrc"


The solution is to add the below layer.conf option to meta-mingw configuration to resolve in the file "layers/meta-mingw/conf/machine-sdk/include/mingw32-common.inc":

   SDK_DEPENDS_remove = "nativesdk-glibc-utils"
