Juno, fwiw. Not sure why the AB sees this but we don't on our own CI.

For the benefit of people not on triage: this is specific to kernel tool changes that were briefly in master-next.

This builds cleanly here. So it shouldn't be a problem with my fixed up tools (and also, without the change at all :D
