when trying to build a bsp with yocto gatesgarth or hardknott, the canning of the recipes fails with the following error message:

This works everywhere.... You might need to checkout the right version of bitbake to match oe-core. There's a table somewhere to show what the version requirements are but I can't find it right now. Ping me if you need help. Randy

The table is https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Releases

You are using a newer oe-core with an old Bitbake: don't do that.
