broken libray from core-image-weston-sdk

When testing core-image-weston-sdk for qemuppc, weston fails to start with a segfault. After spending some time in gdb, the issue is that libwayland-server function wl_global_create is located at 0x0004685c, but the address resolution at runtime calculates it to 0x0008685c.
https://autobuilder.yoctoproject.org/typhoon/#/builders/63/builds/3513/steps/13/logs/stdio

The issue does not happen with core-image-weston, where both addresses are 0x32685c.

I have attached both binaries for reference and further inspection. I think the issue is serious enough that it warrants disabling prelink until this is analyzed.

We need someone to work on this but no one has stepped up!

Prelink is being removed, the issue is obsolete.
