Hack work around to get the RPM image creation to take MULTILIB rpms into account

See this email thread for more context:

https://lists.yoctoproject.org/pipermail/yocto/2011-September/004850.html

The basic problem is that bitbake is properly building multilib rpms from the underlying recipes but when it comes time to create the root file system with those RPMs it is ignore the installation of those packages. The IPK install routine seems to work fine.

Not sure what else to add except the hacky patch below which invokes the rpm install routine again with the ML packages in mind, it should help add some context for a real fix.

Dongxaio Xu has been working on a fix for this issue.

It is not yet integrated into Yocto/OE-Core, but is pending as part of the overall fixes to 1499, and 1457.

I believe this issue has been addressed in master now with commits like:

Multilib RPM issues appear to be resolved. I am able to get multilib recipes in my root fs by adding them to MULTILIB_IMAGE_INSTALL.
