This is a continuation of a series of races so even though it only happened once, we are keeping it opened.

I'm going to guess this happened as a result of https://git.yoctoproject.org/poky/commit/bitbake?id=b731e47eeb3e74d1a53ae88318063f0dd2cdd544 and that when it failed, the server shutdown was slow and a cooker was reused. We can reopen if it happens again.
