Alex, do you know if any of the changes in network infrastructure would suggest that we should close this defect? If not, please move it to the next release.

I'm going to close this out due to all the infrastructure changes. We should open specific new defects as new issues occur as this one is now just getting too confused with different issues, some of which were probably fixed.
