Not sure if any one looked into this but I think it is happening since no
Event is fired during

Checking sstate mirror object availability progess bar when toaster is
enabled. If this progress does not complete under 1 min this build will
fail with timeout.

Seems like it is failing here
https://github.com/openembedded/bitbake/blob/master/lib/bb/server/process.py#L403 As a workaround I am able to make it work by increasing the timeout limit to 5
min.

Toaster connections are working. Issue fixed in different case.
