First build after:

so sstate cache was empty.

liberror-perl packages were missing from B build(.deb, .rpm, and .ipk)

Happened again on kirkstone:

Looks like this was also an issue in master and was fixed with these two commits:

The first is already in kirkstone.  Will add the second and retest.

Seems to be fixed with the second commit, closing.
