this is another reincarnation of #14858.
While the fix mitigate the issue in most cases the issue is still reproducible if core-image-weston inherited.

Another alternative is too package https://www.greenend.org.uk/rjk/sftpserver/ and use it as an sftp server for dropbear

I cannot reproduce this bug with oe-core and oniro is FTBFS. Closing for now.
