Apparently we do need to ship these RECORD files but someone needs to investigate.

This uses python3-poetry-core as it's build backend. The fact that both became unreproducible at the same time seems correlated. Especially since poetry-core changed how it handles the metadata_directory in the 1.4.0 release.
