Added feature of network disabling is nowhere documented. 

This small "feature" without documentation cost me a lot of time.

Submitted a patch for the BitBake manual to document this:

So far, this was only documented on
https://docs.yoctoproject.org/migration-guides/migration-4.0.html#fetching-changes .
