Follow up from https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15400#c7.

- Add hints/links how categories of changes should/can be tested in the contributors manual.
- E.g. patchtest vs  ptest vs building also the nativesdk-... etc.
Do not duplicate the existing documentation for tests though rather cross-reference it.
