Description Tim Blechmann 2024-03-23 01:32:17 UTC
gstreamer 1.22.9 and 1.22.10 contain a regression that cause the audio output to freeze when muting. this regression has been fixed in 1.22.11.

it would be great if either f04f86f3ee4f9eccfd72f473b8ff848161576a90 could be included into the gstreamer recipe or the version of gstreamer could be bumped to 1.22.11.

Patch on the list.

The update simply involved renaming the bb files and updating the sha256sums.

I checked all the patches and none seem to have been merged.

Setting LICENSE_FLAGS_ACCEPTED += "commercial" in conf/local.conf and running a build of:

$ bitbake gst-devtools gstreamer1.0-libav gstreamer1.0-omx gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad gstreamer1.0-plugins-base gstreamer1.0-plugins-good gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly gstreamer1.0-python gstreamer1.0-rtsp-server gstreamer1.0-vaapi gstreamer1.0

works before and after the update for qemux86-64 and qemuarm64.
