Often, users want to test the reproducibility of a single recipe and prefer not to spend time re-compiling the entire dependency tree.

Current doc[0]:
* does not mention OEQA_REPRODUCIBLE_TEST_TARGET/OEQA_REPRODUCIBLE_TEST_SSTATE_TARGETS (but should IMHO)
* should be improved to add the special "single recipe, no deps" case

Note: that is not right, OEQA_REPRODUCIBLE_TEST_TARGET/OEQA_REPRODUCIBLE_TEST_SSTATE_TARGETS are mentioned in
https://docs.yoctoproject.org/test-manual/reproducible-builds.html#can-we-prove-the-project-is-reproducible.

This page still need a paragraph for "I want to check the reproducibility of this single recipe and quick"
