The list of recipes in multilib.conf needs to go away and we need to just be able to extend all recipes with the multilib class.

Reported Bug 1729, Bug 1730, and Bug 1731 to track the sub tasks.

This is fixed by commit 5d691f1bc95dfb9109b07827b33957b1fa5b2fa4 in oe-core.
