Got this error once on no-x11 builder, and did not get after rebuilding:

ERROR: nfs-utils-2.8.3-r0 do_package_qa: QA Issue: nfs-utils package is not obeying usrmerge distro feature. /lib should be relocated to /usr. [usrmerge]

Some kind of instability around usrmerge distro feature - it was enabled but files ended up in /lib. Perhaps due to reuse of old build state, or possible task hashes not having correct dependencies.
