ADT is currently using org.eclipse.cdt.remote.launch for remote debug. One limitation in this plug-in is that it can only deploy one single file to the target during the debug. Though it is ok for debugging static linked program, debugging dynamic linked program might require deploying multiple files(including executables and libraries) to the target.
