We need new milestones and to drop from the pull down older milestones.

Please add 4.0.33, 4.0.34, .0.4.0.35, 5.0.16, 5.0.17, 5.0.18, 5.0.19, 5.3.1, 5.3.2, 5.3.3, 5.3.4, 6.99.

Please drop from the pull down 4.0.27, 4.0.28, 4.0.29, 4.0.30, 4.0.31, 5.0.9, 5.0.10, 5.0.11, 5.0.12, 5.0.13, 5.2 5.2 M4, 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.2.3, 5.3 M1, 5.3 M2, 5.3 M3.

Hi Michael,

Can you please create 6.99 but NOT move the 5.99 defect to that miletone?

Richard thought you might need to understand that whereas in
previous X.99 changes, where we moved the X.99 defects to (X+1).99,
this time we are planning to _manually_ go through all the 5.99 defects,
and triage them.

Likely most will move to 6.99 but not all.

Furthermore, since we're not all crazy, we'll only do 10 or so such defects 
per week so it will take us a month or so to review the full set.

6.99 is not available everywhere 5.99 remains intact.
