A commit heading into master this week:
   orc: upgrade 0.4.41 -> 0.4.42
disables documentation for orc from being built
since upstream switched from gtk_doc to HotDoc.

Investigate HotDoc and if it's a simple system to support
add a recipe to build it in oe-core and fix the gstreamer/orc recipe
and any other part of gstreamer that uses HotDoc .
