Hello. During usage of `overlayfs-etc.bbclass` with my own OVERLAYFS_ETC_INIT_TEMPLATE I found that changes in template file are not propagated to image. 
I think 

poky/meta/classes-recipe/overlayfs-etc.bbclass

should add track template file for changes:

do_rootfs[file-checksums] += '${@bb.utils.contains("IMAGE_FEATURES", "overlayfs-etc", "${OVERLAYFS_ETC_INIT_TEMPLATE}:True", "", d)}'

Thanks for pointing this out!

The suggestion looks good with a small note. If it's already inside the class, then the 'contains' condition seems to be redundant and can be omitted. We can unconditionally depend on the template file.

Do you want to submit the patch yourself or should I?
