Renaming the bug entry. The first one occurred during rust.RustSelfTestSystemEmulated.test_rust, but I'm going to add more that happened in other contexts.

Always fedora43-vk-1? Also odd that a build run that continued this build worked out ok. A true ICE would fail again, this didn't.

That suggests OOM or a hardware issue :/

We suspect the f43 worker needed the cpu mircocode updating. That has been done and we can close this, reopening if it happens again.
