Please add a new "Wic" product under "Yocto Project Subprojects". This will allow us to collect the existing wic bugs together and automatically assign new bugs to the relevant maintainer.

The current wic version is v0.3.0. We probably want milestones for v0.4.0, v1.0.0 and "Future".
