Hi,

I tried to bitbake core-image-base for the Gumstix Overo using the meta-texasinstruments (git.angstrom-distribution.org/cgi-bin/cgit.cgi/meta-texasinstruments/ for OMAP3 support) layer alongside meta-gumstix (https://www.gitorious.org/schnitzeltony-oe-meta/meta-gumstix for the overo machine).

I noticed that do_rootfs fails with the following message:

error: Failed dependencies:
|       /usr/bin/python is needed by ofono-0.50-r1.armv7a

The full log is attached, but it doesn't contain much more than this.
I briefly checked the git repository and the ofono.inc still does not contain a DEPENDS += " python" which I used to fix the issue.

I'm fairly new to OE and Yocto, so I'm not sure if I looked at the most current git repository. I'm also not sure whether ofono DEPENDs or RDEPENDs on python...
