I updated from 1924f52cc894d4dd6b9d9c1a2248b32fc0a24c8c to 1288313411f8db7628e9ec4c04f2ad7f830e994d and ran into several recipe failures that were resolved by a cleanall. They were reproducible, so not just a race condition. They included (but weren't limited to):

sgml-common-native
git
opensp
sgmlspl-native

A quick spot check of sgml-common-native indicated it did have a proper PR bump. I was building for FRI2, although I doubt that matters.

This is thanks to a change in license.bbclass which I'm still not convinced was required changing the populate_lic to run before compile instead of package. Beth: What was the reason for that change?

A number of other patches required cleaning as well. Turns out "-c clean" was all that was needed:

The addtask was added as a hacky workaround to an earlier version of license.bbclass. I've fixed it in eflanagan/license_1819 and I'll have a pull sent out this morning.
