When I test non-GPLv3 build against core-image-basic image, gnutls fails to compile by reporting "gettext infrastructure mismatch". core-image-minimal build could pass non-GPLv3 build, and the basic build is just after the minimal build.

Can you confirm which version of gettext is running on your system for this?  I built non-gplv3 recently and did not see this issue.

Hi Saul,
I tried on 2 machines, one has gettext 0.17 and another has 0.18.1. Both of them meet the same issue
