With Dongxiao's hob branch, non-GPLv3 does not work. The GPLv3 recipes are still built out when the non-GPLv3 option is selected.

This bug is fixed in the latest branch:
http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky-contrib/log/?h=dxu4/hob2-v0.12

Will mark it as FIXED after HOB code are checked into master.

This bug is fixed by hob patches in master tree.

Verify the bug as fixed. non-GPLv3 build could work in 1.2 M3 testing.
