There is no option to download file or set proxy with the web browser in poky image.

commit 9d7aa1090 "task-poky-apps-x11-pimlico: Webkit is huge and the compile time means it doesn't make sense in our demo sato image" has remove the web browser.

Also in 1.1 there will be new UI and likely new web browser, so mark this bug obsolete

Verify the bug as webkit is not supported in poky
