The multilib options set in local.conf as below:

when i build a core-image-sato with multilib enable, it will
report Nothing RPROVIDES 'lib32-pkgconfig' error.

We need add all recipes in the file conf/multilib.conf.
I'll send out patch soon.

There is no such issue in Yocto master testing.
