Change 'View Packages' button description from 'add and remove packages'  to 'add previously built packages to your image'

The lane 'Add/remove previously built packages to/from your image' is too long to be read in the default size screen (see attachment) and it is also a bit confusing.

Change it to 'Add/remove previously built packages'.
