With latest poky tree, if we add a new layer in Hob, the new added recipes are not set as included for image build.
For example, we could add layers meta-inte and meta-crownbay. libva should be included with bitbake cmd if we build crownbay. But with Hob, it could be seen in "All recipes" tab, but is deselected.

We should add EMGD driver to enable task-core-x11-base, where libva is introduced in. Mark it as
