Description Dave Stewart 2012-03-28 22:54:33 UTC
Following the beta test instructions, I built an x86_64 image using
$ bitbake core-image-sato
... and it all built successfully and booting nicely in QEMU.

Then doing what I thought was the exact same thing in Hob failed, log should be here.

Tried it twice and it failed both times.

Hi Dave,

I tried it locally with latest master, however I could not reproduce this issue.

I saw your were trying the beta test instructions. Which commit or branch are you using in testing the Hob?

I ever fixed some dependency issue with commits:
http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/?id=8c6ce63433ac9d58e1c4ff8b5ecb6aa0350d4607
and

Thanks,

Hi Shane - sorry I don't know which version I'm running, it's the one Song Liu instructed me to use for the beta test (I recorded it in the other bug)
Comment 3 Shane Wang 2012-03-30 05:28:03 UTC
The beta program is using the commit 8e9f6fc77ac4763f4ed1f6e7b720420c220ba6e2, which is on March 13.

But never mind, feel free to file bugs, We will reproduce and bisect to see whether it is a bug in the latest master. If it is there, it will be fixed.

Dave, if you have time, you can have a try of the latest master.

Mark this bug as fixed.

Thanks,
Dongxiao
