commit: 35196ff703726addf7f4051ee09d70bf9ee0c5d0

In build appliance, the button "View files" does not work due to lack of xdg-open in build appliance. To reproduce the issue, we could build an image and then click "Images" button and then choose the image. After that, you could click "View files", which could not work.

This is a much bigger issue, it's not just xdg-open that's missing we need a file browser also,
Comment 2 Cristian Iorga 2012-11-28 15:02:20 UTC
The file browser that will get integrated is PCManFM.

The Yocto recipe for PCManFM it is already written.

PCManFM file manager is integrated in Build Appliance image.

The following features are in the work:

- file association;
- trash functionality (not sure if it will work).

PCManFm throws the errors at startup, but still works correctly (see pcmanfm_errors.png for details).

Comment 8 Cristian Iorga 2013-08-26 07:38:24 UTC
PCManFM is now integrated into Build Appliance.
It will handle by default graphical file operations.
As such, Hob references to build directories will be handled by PCManFM file manager.

Verified. pcmanfm is included in BA image.
