With above build info, x32 build failed due to linux-korg_3.1 do_patch fail.

linux-korg: add recipe for version 3.4
the released 3.4 linux kernel has x32 support. this commit brings in the x32 enabled released 3.4 kernel recipe. Also restructure the v3.1 recipe as per rescent changes in the linux-yocto kernel infrastructure. Signed-off-by: Nitin A Kamble <nitin.a.kamble@intel.com>

Verify the bug as fixed in master branch with commit
