This occurs using the current Denzil branch as of Aug 10, 2012.

Note, this appears to be fixed with the 'master' toolchain.

Note, this is not a problem in 1.3 from my testing.  I'm changing the milestone to 1.2.2...

Note, I don't think this is a serious problem nor does it really need to be resolved.

I checked with Khem Raj, and it looks like the fix for this came with gcc 4.7, but denzil is based on gcc 4.6 and we won't be upgrading the toolchain. 

Therefore I'm marking this as WONFIX. If someone in the community is really anxious to get this resolved, and is willing to do the non-trivial work to backport the fix, we could consider it for another denzil release, but not 1.2.2.
