The version of nfsd used in 3.4 kernels tries to upcall the new reboot-recovery daemon and gets stuck if it is not found. This causes client mounts to fail and prints the following messages during boot:
 
"NFSD: starting 90-second grace period
 NFSD: Unable to end grace period: -110"

As an easy workaround you can ensure the directory '/var/lib/nfs/v4recovery' exists, causing nfsd to fall back to the old recovery method.

I can't reproduce this bug.

Test case:
- build a core-image-sato
- search for nfs errors in logs

Please provide a specific test case for this issue.
We were unable to reproduce it using the existing info.

Please provide also the test environment:

- Yocto Linux image used (core-image-sato, etc)
- poky version
- hardware used (atom-pc, qemuppc, etc)

Seems the issue can't be reproduced.  If it still an issue, please reopen and provide up-to-date info on how to reproduce
