All PACKAGES_DYNAMIC in oe-core have format like glob, but bitbake uses this variable as regexp.

Sometimes it's causing real problems like:

^ isn't used in any PACKAGES_DYNAMIC in oe-core, but it could make matching faster (and it will be more clear that we're expecting regexp not glob)
* is used wrong in all PACKAGES_DYNAMIC in oe-core (as in glob, but not regexp), so all those last '-' are optional
