The reference manual is now called the Yocto Project Reference Manual rather than the Poky Reference Manual, so the filename and website links should be changed.

I have renamed the folder that houses the YP Reference Manual from poky-ref-manual to ref-manual.  This is more in line with the way the current YP manual folders are named.  I also eliminated the poky-ref-manual folder in the yoctoproject.org server only in the 1.4 "latest" manual area.  I placed a symlink there to resolve to ref-manual.  symlink also provided in the ref-manual area to resolve any poky-ref-manual.html occurences to ref-manual.html.

All these changes only affect the 1.4 version of the manuals.

Jefro updated the website so that the link for the YP Reference Manual is now http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/1.4/ref-manual/ref-manual.html.
