It's inappropriate to enter an endless loop without any useful information ouput to screen.
As 'debugshell' feature has been implemented in init-live.sh.
I think we should add it as a default kernel option for ramfs booting.

Verified with master branch: 27c8af1e3a9092caa19bd813c4dd0747de766dc5

Steps:
###########
1. Add line IMAGE_FSTYPES = "live" to conf/local.conf
2. Build the qemux86 minimal image
3. Run command: runqemu qemux86 ramfs. Since the rootfs.img cannot be found under /media,the system would drop to a shell after 30 seconds.a default timeout (30 seconds).
