On my host machine, HOB slightly freezes (1-2 seconds) after selecting
a machine / a base image in the home screen.

This leads to an annoying user experience - it's not clear at the first run whenever it crashes, it should be force-closed, or one should wait. Also, it feel "not right".

Can we please add a spinning-circle type of animation instead on freezeing ?

Hello Alexandru, 

Is the issue you describe general or specific to denzil/danny/master? Can you please supply this information under Version or add a branch/release name?

This seems to be fixed: there is now a busy cursor during the delay.
