We agree with #2935: the Hob templates functionality, in its current incarnation, is confusing and has no clear utility. For the sake of simplicity, and while the work on #2934 is being carried out, we have agreed to eliminate the templates functionality from Hob.

We need to eliminate:

1. The Templates button in the top bar
2. The 'Save as template' button in the Image details screen

We should start a discussion about templates, to understand what they would need to do in order to be useful (if anything). Once we have a clear picture, we might then bring them back to Hob.
