Description Peter Gsellmann 2013-01-16 15:19:57 UTC
The page numbers ar printed in extreme light gray.
Printed on non-extra-white paper they are very hard to read.
Same for the header line.
Please use black.

I have changed the font code for headers, footers and the separation lines for each to #999999 from #cccccc. This effectively darkens them up some more but leaves them different than the suggested #000000 (black). They need to be seen better but they should still be a marked difference between them and the text in the page's body.
