In the readme file for ../meta-intel/meta-(bsp_name) the user is pointed to the link below to read information on Yocto Project Requirements. This link is broken and resolves to 'Page not found'.

  Can we provided a link from the old address to the new address, so that people who are looking in the YP release 1.3 sources will find the right compliance registration page.
