STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1.Set build enverionment.
2.Run "bitbake remake".
3.Run "bitbake remake-native"

EXPECTED OUTCOME: Both recipes could be successfully built.

I am behind a proxy and this might be causing the wget to fail. It seems the proxy is not used.

Need to patch the Makefile to remove the check and call of wget to retrieve the updated transations
