This shouldn't take long if the categories are determined. Can I get a list of the proposed categories and a description of how/where the new categories will be displayed to users?

Note: We'll need to adjust the estimate once we know how many categories and how display is affected.

Are these categories, taken from #3739, the ones you're considering?

project categories : tools-resources/projects categories taxonomy
  core tools & metadata(poky, bitbake, autobuilder, swabber, cross-prelink, pseudo)
  metadata layer (oe-core
  GUI tools (build appliance, Hob, ADT, eclipse IDE plug-in
  libraries (EGLIBC)
  FUTURE ADD
  development tools () - add gcc, notes about upstream projects?
